Lisander enriches and completes the 4* Hotel Promessi Sposi, today the oldest hotel on the eastern branch of Lake Como. The small and exclusive fine dining restaurant, opened in 2023, offers a dining room with a large window overlooking the lake and an open-air terrace, located on the pedestrian promenade of Malgrate, considered one of the most beautiful in the whole of Lake Como.
The kitchen is led by executive chef Angelo Biscotti, assisted by chef Alessio Limonta, for six years at Ristorante da Giovannino. The proposal is of an Italian cuisine that enhances territoriality by opening up to the best products of our country, to classic as well as innovative preparation techniques for a final result of dishes with a strong identity.
