Where to Sleep

Villa Liberty

Villa Liberty, located just a stone's throw from Lake Como, is an Art Nouveau building dating from the beginning of the last century. It features numerous references to the floral style, in the wrought iron parapets, in the wall decorations with horse chestnut leaves, and the head of a jellyfish decorated with leaves and branches. In the large garden, there are grottoes, bridges and fairy-tale houses that evoke a bucolic world that fully reflects the Art Nouveau style.

The large Solarium, located on the third and top floor of the Villa, offers guests a splendid view of the eastern side of Lake Como. It is a quiet and secluded place where guests can indulge in moments of real relaxation on sofas and deckchairs, surrounded by green bamboo and olive trees. In the evening, it offers a unique and romantic atmosphere, overlooking as it does the lights reflecting in the water, the San Maurizio lighthouse, the funicular railway, and the illuminated city of Como.
