This holiday apartment for two people – a single bed is available in feeded - is located in the most picturesque spot of Lake Como, next to a waterfall set in the rocks above a little bridge.
The studio is composed of two floors: the first level is a living room with a cosy antique stove for heating, and a decorative swing - right in front of the window, to enjoy a heavenly view. There’s also a tiny, but well equipped kitchen.
The second floor is a bedroom with a double bed overlooking the lake and a bathtub in front of the other window. Add rose petals, a bottle of champagne, fresh strawberries, and - voila! - you don't even need to leave the bedroom, the incredible panorama is here for you.
The vacation apartment is located in Nesso, the little borgo between Como and Bellagio. The town is famous for Orrido, a 200m high waterfall, and ancient Civera Bridge, leading right to the Love Birds Nest, the perfect weekend apartment on Lake Como. Leonardo Da Vinci mentioned this place in the Atlantic Codex: “...land where a river falls with strong impetus, in a large break in the mountain”.
The apartment is reachable by boat, or by foot, through ancient stone streets. Still, an easy path never leads to paradise.
