Recently taken over by Emanuele Riva, former owner of La Cava dei Sapori, together with his wife Natalie, Acquadolce is an elegant and sophisticated restaurant nestling on the romantic shores of Lake Como. Access to its picturesque garden is from the private pier on the lake, while Acquadolce lends itself both to sumptuous lunches in the shade of the centuries-old trees, that give life to the courtyard, and to private dinners in an exclusive location overlooking the water. The renewal project for the restaurant, as conceived by the new owners, aims to create a harmonious link between the restaurant, in its Art Nouveau setting, and Lake Como itself, the shores of which are dotted with elegant villas, many of which in this particular turn of the century style.
