In 2017 Glauco Noseda, Jacopo and Nathan Martignoni decided to open a restaurant in Carate Urio. The aim was to welcome guests in a romantic place far from the daily hustle and bustle.
Una Finestra Sul Lago is a quality restaurant, where the view is rewarded by the marvellous panorama of the lake and the palate satiated thanks to the carefully selected raw materials.
The cuisine of chef Ilie Svet, guides guests along a path of research and tradition, where taste is the watchword. The offering also includes gourmet pizzas, by top pizzaiolo and baker Davide Frittoli, naturally leavened, light and tasty. The dishes are accompanied by a careful selection of wines that Maître Sommelier Michele Cantarelli carefully chooses, delighting guests with classic but also creative pairings.
