Another format that is particularly popular is the Social Dinner: an evening with one big table where you dine side by side with strangers. "About once a month we open our house to one of our chefs and anyone who wants to step out of their comfort zone. Guests can arrive a little early to set the table, help the chef, serve the dishes, just like at a classic home dinner with friends," explains Luca Di Pierro, founder of Spaziobianco.
