Gabriele Natali has been called to manage the kitchens of the Grand Hotel Victoria in Menaggio. He is a young chef already with an impressive CV and excellent experience in starred restaurants which have included the likes of Da Vittorio in Bergamo and Enrico Bartolini's MUDEC in Milan, then moving on to Courmayeur with Paolo Griffa. At the Grand Hotel Victoria he creates gastronomic journeys combined with the rich potential offered by the unique Vine by Bybeau cellar which has more than 400 wines.

The Hotel's Ristorante Lago provides all-day dining and a veranda with stunning views of the lake, while the quality of the raw materials is paramount, with all-Italian ingredients and a touch of the local cuisine.

For the gourmet restaurant 1827, whose name comes from the date of publication of the first edition of the great Italian novel “The Betrothed”, Chef Natali has come up with a menu dedicated to the world of art, literature and poetry.
